נשמת כל חי

תפילת נשמת כל חי היא תפילת הודאה מרגשת הנאמרת בשבת כדי להודות על הנשמה היתירה.
בתפילה זו נקשרו סגולות רבות כפי שכותב ה”בן איש חי”: “שבח זה דנשמת כל חי הוא יקר ומעולה מאד,
וצריך לאומרו בנעימה והוא מסוגל על כל צרה שאדם עומד בה שידור נדר לומר אחר הצלתו מהצרה שבח זה של נשמת כל חי ויועיל לו”.
בחרתי לעצב את התפילה בצורת מגן דוד המסמל את הקשר בין הבורא והנברא.
הציורים המשולבים בעבודה נבחרו בקפידה, והם מתארים את הודאת היחיד והרבים מלמטה, לעומת ברכת הכהנים המורידה את השפע ממעלה למטה.
צבע היין וקישוט הפרחים נבחר כדי לסמל את האהבה שבין הקבה לעם ישראל, ככתוב “מה טובו דודייך מיין וריח שמנייך מכל בשמים.

The prayer of every living soul is an exciting confes-sion of a prayer that is said on Saturday to give God thanks for the redundant soul.
This prayer encapsulate many virtues as the (Ben Ish Chai”) “Son of Hai” writes:
“This praise “Nishmat Kol Chai” is for the life of every being & is very precious and excellent, and should be said in pleasent and it can help withstand any turmoil a human might encountet, by vowing to say “Nishmat Kol Chai” prayer, the benefits are many.”
I chose to design the prayer in the form of a “Star of David” symbolizing the connection between the Crea-tor and the human Creation. The art works were care-fully selected and describe the confession of the individual and the many praying from the ground up, as opposed to the blessing of the Kohanim who lower the abundance from the heavens down.
The color of the wine and the flower decoration was chosen to symbolize the love between God and the people of Israel, as it says (in the song of songs): “How much more delightful your love than wine, your ointments more fragrant than any spice”!
